Pediatrics Well Represented at Pediatric Academic Societies Meeting
The Department of Pediatrics was well represented at this year’s Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) Meeting, held April 27th - May 1st in Washington D.C. This international gathering offers opportunities for a global audience of physician-scientists, clinicians, and educators to share research, explore new ideas, build career opportunities, and collaborate on future projects.
Trainees and faculty representing LSU Pediatrics delivered several posters and presentations. Additionally, several LSU Pediatrics members held leadership roles at the PAS. Dr. Luke Wall served as counsel member for SSPR and represented LSU Peds at the Spring Meeting. Dr. Ken Paris led the educational “PIDD in Pediatric Care: When It's More Than 'Just an Infection'."
Dr. Amy Creel led three educational sessions:

- "Stealth Curriculum: A Covert Mission in Faculty Development"
- "Appraising and Getting Credit for Digital Scholarship"
