Application Process
Bariatric Surgery Fellowship Applicants
Applications for fellowship positions will only be accepted through The Fellowship Council Website.
Deadline for submission of completed applications is January 20.
Complete applications through The Fellowship Council should include:
- Application form
- Scanned photograph
- Dean's letter
- 3 additional letters of recommendation
- Official Medical School transcripts
- USMLE scores sent from the NBME
- Personal statement
All applications are screened by a Review Committee. Interviews are by invitation only and are conducted in March and April each year. Applicants selected for interview will be notified on Universal Interview Offer Day, Monday, February 23, 2026.
