Collaboration in Action Program Grant awarded to Michael Dunham, MS, MD
Dr Michael Dunham, along with a study team from LSU A&M and Our Lady of the Lake, has been awarded a Collaboration in Action Program Grant for a study entitled, "Real-Time Intraoperative Mapping of Tumor Margins During Resection of Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Using Artificial Intelligence Enabled Raman Spectroscopy." This grant is the product of a collaboration between The Louisiana State University System and Our Lady of the Lake Health (OLOL) to advance research in priority focus areas of prevalent disease in Louisiana, including Comprehensive Cancer Care. The proposal was fully funded at $250,000, and the project is expected to begin in January 2025.
