Application Process
The fellowship participates in the subspecialty Psychiatry MATCH via NRMP. Applicants have the option to apply through ERAS or common application.
If the applicant chooses not to apply through ERAS, the following should be completed and sent to the fellowship coordinator, Scot Busurelo, sbusur@lsuhsc.edu

- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of medical school diploma
- 3 letters of reference - One of these letters must be from the applicant's general psychiatry training program director, who should also complete the following Transfer-In form.
All applicants must complete a psychiatry residency prior to the beginning of the fellowship, and must obtain a Louisiana license before July 1.
