Global Pulmonary Health Scholars
This cross-cultural elective introduces LSUHSC New Orleans Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows to concepts in comparative health systems, international disease burden, public health and professionalism in instructive international sites. Two week rotations are available for two fellows each year, with the support of Dr. Leo Seoane, Chief Academic Officer of Ochsner Health System, Dr. Steve Nelson, Interim Chancellor of LSUHSC New Orleans, Dr. Juzar Ali (Russell Klein MD Professorship) and the Warren R. Summer MD Professorship.
