Interview Day

All visits will be conducted on Thursdays in-person with the option of Monday virtual interview.  Up to three fellowship candidates will be scheduled for each interview date. 

 

In-Person Interviews (Thursdays):  

8:00 am Breakfast at The Ruby Slipper with Fellows 

9:00 am Tour University Medical Center with Fellow 

9:45 am Welcome from the Program Directors/Section Chief 

10:00 am Meet with Faculty (30 minutes x 2) 

11:00 pm Travel to Ochsner with Fellow and Tour 

12:00 pm Meet with Faculty (30 minutes) 

12:30 pm Return to LSU with Fellow 

1:00 pm Conference with Lunch 

4:15 pm Wrap-up Q&A with the Fellows 

 

Virtual Interviews (Mondays): 

9:00 am Welcome from the Program Directors/Section Chiefs 

9:15 am Meet with Fellows 

10:00 am Meet with Faculty x 3 (30 minutes each) 

11:30 pm Q&A with Program Directors
