Bio
Dr. Tuggle was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia. He later received his medical degree and a Masters in Health Science from Yale University School of Medicine, where he stayed for his residency in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He went on to complete a fellowship in Hand Surgery at The Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore.
