Epilepsy Foundation's 24/7 Helpline  can be reached by calling 1-800-332-1000 - The Helpline provides support for those living with epilepsy, caregivers or anyone that wants to know more about epilepsy. This line provides support via telephone and can distribute info via email regarding:

  • Current epilepsy treatment and alternative therapies
  • Requests for print materials
  • Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP)
  • Epilepsy Foundation local offices
  • Emotional support
  • Employment and discrimination
  • Seizure first aid and safety devices
  • Support groups
  • Medication questions

How to Become Seizure First Aid Certified  - Make a free account on the new Epilepsy Learning Portal and sign up to take the "Seizure Recognition and First Aid Certification" course at https://learn.epilepsy.com/ at your convenience.

 

The Epilepsy Learning Portal  is your one-stop shop to access the Epilepsy Foundation's online and on-demand trainings about epilepsy and seizures.
