Community Health Worker MCO Population Health Strategy Evaluaion (CHaMPS).
The Community Health Worker MCO Population Health Strategy Evaluation (CHaMPS) seeks to build the evidence base on the potential effects of policies or policy changes intended to transform health and health care systems. The goal of the project is to provide insight into how state Medicaid managed care contracts may influence the roles of community health workers (CHWs) employed by managed care organizations (MCOs).
This project is funded as part of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's "Research in Transforming Health and Health care Systems Program", managed by AcademyHealth.
