While clinical experience is a critical component of residency training, didactics are also key in developing psychiatrist. We attempt to build off of each of the previous didactics. The courses are designed to give residents a deeper understanding evidence-based developments of our career, with an emphasis on balancing both psychotherapey and psychomacology.
