Bio

Dr. Morin remains the academic director of the ultrasound section in the LSUHSC Dept. of Radiology.  He remains an integral part of the department, but becoming moderately elder in his years, has become part time. He was born in Maryland but has spent the majority of his life in Louisiana and attended LSU for both his undergraduate and medical degrees and residency.  He has considerable experience in both academic and private practice settings.  Dr. Morin is specifically interested in the user dependent aspects of ultrasound performance and interpretation. Dr Morin also has special interest in thyroid ultrasound, vascular ultrasound, and in Gyn Oncology.  In his spare time, he enjoys sports and fitness, golf, and bible study.  Dr. Morin is certified by the American Board of Radiology, since 1988.
