Biography
A native of Cali, Colombia, Dr. Pelaez received her medical education at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and subsequently completed her residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery here at LSU. She then went on to join our faculty as a comprehensive Otolaryngologist at University Medical Center in New Orleans, where she is now the Otolaryngology service site co-director.
Dr. Pelaez will be seeing patients within our comprehensive Otolaryngology division, providing in-depth management of wide-ranging conditions of the head and neck while working in conjunction and collaboration with other divisions within our department to facilitate the highest quality coordinated Otolaryngology care.
