Dr. Michael J. Leddy, III, MD, FAAOS has been named Chair of the AAOS Board of Councilors.

LSu Orthopaedics is prod to congratgulate Dr. Michael J. Leddy, III, MD, FAAOS on his recent appointment to Chair of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Board of Councilors. He is the first Louisiana surgeon to hold this position, and previously served as the BOC representative for Louisiana before being elected to serve as secretary, then chair-elect, and now chair.
