Clinical Interests/Clinical Trials Interests: 1. Multidisciplinary Teaching/Instruction in Urologic Oncology and Resident Training. 2. Clinical Annotation/Database Management and Integration into Clinical Care Pathways. 3. Advanced Prostate Cancer: Understanding the potential role of cytoreduction in oligometastatic Prostate Adenocarcinoma (either surgical or radiation based) 4. Low RIsk Prostate Cancer: Exploration of the role of multi-parametric MRI in detection and determination of the intraprostatic heterogeneity of prostate cancer. 5. Determination of the Natural history of "low risk" Prostate Adenocarcinoma in the African American Population: Is Active Surveillance Appropriate in this population. 7. Urothelial Carcinoma of the Bladder (or Upper tract): Interests involve developing multidisciplinary pathways for the appropriate integration of surgery and systemic chemotherapy. 8. Surgical Reconstruction of the Urinary System including orthotopic Neobladders after organ extirpation for neoplasms or reconstructions after Trauma.

Health Care Quality, Access, and Evaluation
1. Health Care Disparities: Understanding the barriers to healthcare from a systems standpoint as well as from a patient's perspective (travel limitations, trust, education, timeliness of treatments). Implementing core pathways in oncology care to assist in education improving trust between doctor and patient to improve compliance with advanced/multidisciplinary oncology treatments.
Oncology Survivorship
Follow up/primary care treatment/ and Support for Oncology Patients after Durable Response to treatment(s). System Support for Survivorship Clinics and Peer Groups to "treat" life after cancer therapy.
