Bio

Dr. Sansone is a true product of LSU Health New Orleans, having completed his medical school education, pediatric residency, service as Pediatric Chief Resident, and Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship within our Department of Pediatrics.  Throughout his training, Dr. Sansone distinguished himself as a dedicated clinician, educator, and leader, with a strong commitment to quality improvement, medical education, and advancing pediatric patient care. As one of our own, his appointment to the faculty reflects the excellence of our training programs and our commitment to developing the next generation of pediatric leaders. We are excited that he will continue his career with us as a faculty member and look forward to his many future contributions to our department.
