Dr. Raegan Gupta is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Gupta is a native of Lafayette, LA and earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and her medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She completed Pediatrics residency training at UT Southwestern in Dallas and Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship training at LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans. She is certified in both Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and General Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. Along with providing clinical services at seven area hospitals, Dr. Gupta also serves as co-chair of the Manning Family Children's Ethics Committee, Unit Director of the Thibodaux Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and NICU liaison for the Manning Family Children's Transport Team. Dr. Gupta is thankful for the perspective she gains from caring for such a vulnerable population of babies and parents. She really enjoys the teamwork that is needed to care for such complex patients.
