Bio
Originally from Indiana, the pursuit of an advanced degree brought him to New Orleans.
After earning a master’s degree in human genetics from Tulane University, education
took him back to the Midwest — but southern Louisiana kept calling him back.
After medical school, Dr. Miller completed Internal Medicine training in Chicago.
He returned to New Orleans to complete his Pulmonary & Critical Care fellowship training
at LSU. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, & Critical
Care Medicine.
My Little Something Extra:
An avid gardener, Dr. Miller enjoys growing, propagating, & arranging succulents &
cacti -- the more rare & diverse, the better. He is at peace when his hands are in
the dirt. His other great passion, traveling fare & wide with his wife, has been difficult
lately, of course. Since having a little girl in 2020, they're hopeful to get back
on the road soon & excited to try their hand at international travel as a family of
3.
