Bio
Dr. Trevor Boudreaux grew up in Thibodaux, Louisiana, but has considered himself a
New Orleanian since he began Medical School in 2013. He completed a Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology/Pre-med with minors in Chemistry and Humanities at Nicholls State
University in 2013 and received his medical degree from the LSU School of Medicine
New Orleans in 2017. He completed residency in the field of Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation through the LSU New Orleans PM&R Residency in 2021. He is board certified
by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has special clinical
interests in electrodiagnostic testing (NCS/EMG), musculoskeletal ultrasound, and
using physical exam and minimally invasive treatment modalities to accurately diagnose
and nonoperatively treat disorders of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves,
and spinal cord. He places an emphasis on treating the patient as a whole with emphasis
on improving function and quality of life, and he has a passion for educating not
only resident and student trainees but also his patients. Dr. Boudreaux enjoys traveling,
reading, spending time with his wife, getting involved in his local community and
church, long distance biking on the levee, and cooking Cajun food (required with a
last name like Boudreaux).
