Bio
Originally from the Mississippi gulf coast, I completed all of my medical training
at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. After four years in private practice
at West Jefferson Medical Center, I returned to become faculty at LSU in the section
of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism. I supervise endocrine trainees in clinic
as well as participating in the endocrine consult service for the hospital. I am particularly
interested in treatment of type 2 diabetes, managing thyroid cancer, and treatment
of transgender individuals.
