Femoral Derotation Osteotomy Calculator

Welcome! This calculator is designed femoral derotation osteotomy. This calculator assumes a lateral surgical approach. The inputs are listed below. The two diameters inputs are the diameters of the intended osteotome site. The degree start input controls what degree the output table starts at. The degree increment input controls the degree interval between rows of the output table. The output table is organized as two columns. Column 1 is the desired rotation angle displayed as a degree value. Column 2 is the distance perpendicular to the plate that the screw holes distal to the osteotome need to be placed.
