The Department of Genetics and the Precision Medicine Program are presenting a one-day course entitled “Precision Medicine: Integrating Genetics and Genomics into the Clinic” on Friday, April 7.
Lectures will start at 8 a.m. followed by breakout sessions in oncology, cardiovascular medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology in the afternoon. The registration fee is $49, and participants will be eligible 
to receive up to 4.5 AMA/PRA Category 1 credits. The attached brochure contains the detailed agenda, objectives, course faculty and registration information. The course is open to any physician/health provider in the greater New Orleans area.
