  • Publishing Funding News and providing searches and alerts to help researchers find promising grant opportunities

  • Providing easy access to institutional data and other summary information required for grant applications

  • Posting internal guidelines for submitting proposals

  • Editing proposals and securing external reviewers

  • Collecting letters and additional supporting materials

  • Routing proposals and obtaining signatures

  • Assisting with the eRA Commons, grants.gov, and other submission and tracking databases

  • Transferring awards
