Bio

Dr. Kantrow completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC, pulmonary and critical care fellowship at the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, and research training at Duke University Medical Center.  He is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, and has won several awards for excellence in teaching.  He has been program director for the LSU pulmonary and critical care fellowship since 2009.
